I was looking up in the web when Christmas in July started and one of my flickr contacts said that they celebrate Christmas in July in Australia.I also read when someone gets a promotion in July that they will say"Its like Christmas"another person mention that its so stores can sell their merchandise.I think its fun for anyone to celebrate or make Christmas stuff to sell in July.I love to find Christmas stuff in rummage sales and estate sales during this time.
For anyone out there who is inspire by Christmas in July,go for it make buy celebrate but just have fun!!

There's a thrift store here that has Christmas things out all year long. I guess I ought to start looking at it more often. Thanks for always sharing your wonderful finds. I do enjoy it!
I dont think that they celebrate Christmas in Australia at another date than December 24th. But whoever wants to do so let him/her do it.
Here in Germany is a shop in Rothenburg ob der Tauber where it is Christmas all year long. I think you would love it.

good idea!!! the prices are so reasonable when you find christmas goods at this time of year... you have came out with PLENTY of vintage ornaments at such a steal!!!!! when you get an etsy shop, you can celebrate it too :D
I think they just meant it's hot/summertime on Christmas "down under" in Australia, also Christmastime in S. America is very hot as well, seasons are reversed.
