I want to write about where to go to find goods, that is if you like finding second hand stuff.
During the season things change for example in the summer, spring and fall you can find rummage, yard garage and estate sales to go to but what happens when winter approaches(this is for people who live where there are all the seasons)well then its time to hit the thrift stores,I know there are other names people give them like charity shops and etc.Dont ever judge a store by how it looks inside because if you do that you will not search and look around, instead you will be busy looking at the overview of things. You need to look at the store as though you are a treasure hunter or huntress!Make a list on paper or in your head of what you want.I will give a example because you can become overwhelm with things.Lets say you are very inspire to find buttons, well let me tell you something in some places they are expensive and other places you can find a great deal. You must look around where they have bags that they fill up with all kinds of stuff, next go where there are sewing stuff and search dig dont be afraid to get your knees dirty because there are bottom shelves that the only way to see stuff is on your knees hahaha. Also while your digging you may find some other treasures hidden in what looks like a bunch of junk.Always have in mind that there are other days so please dont be disappointed if you dont see anything you want.Ok I have to make this short but I will write a part 2 tomorrow.
Happy Hunting!!!

I love to see what other people find at yard sales, etc. I really love estate sales, but those run by small businesses instead of the family members, are usually way over-priced in my book.
Welcome to the blogging community!
Welcome to blogland Nina! As you may know I have been a faithful follower of Ellias blog for some time now. I like your tip on having a list when you go into thrift/charity shops. I normally get overwhelmed with looking at all the stuff! Next time I will go in with a specific purpose as to what I am looking for.
Why thank you very much Stephanie d. and Simone.I appreciate you both taking your time out and reading my blog:)
i think it takes talent to look beyond the dirt [in response to something you wrote earlier]... actually, it takes creativity.... its like looking at some fabric and envisioning a dress or a doll out of it... it's so nice you are sharing your tips because some people want to learn HOW to tap into this creativity!!! i still have a hard time in this area when it comes to furniture... in an instant, you can see the beauty BEYOND the dirt AND the use... and all i see is the dirt... hehe... same for the store itself... you have such useful tips!!!
Thanks Ellia.I will talk about furniture soon.♥
Excellent blog nina! You did a good job designing it and making it a good fit for your stuff!
